I realized the other day that my eye makeup remover was running out. But instead of rushing to the drugstore and buying one, I just made a new batch myself. It’s quick, easy, and most importantly inexpensive. All you need is a container (you can possibly even reuse the container you already have from your old eye makeup remover), some baby shampoo, and warm boiled water.
